Our commitment
We aim to make Porter’s Potties digital services perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for a wide range of visitors. The website is designed toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the technical accessibility target.
Accessibility is an ongoing practice. Changes to content, browsers, assistive technologies, WordPress, and third-party services can introduce new barriers, so we welcome feedback when something is difficult to use.
Accessibility measures
The website includes accessibility features and development practices such as:
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and interactive controls.
- A skip link to move directly to the main page content.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators.
- Text and interface contrast designed for WCAG Level AA requirements.
- Meaningful alternative text for informative images and empty alternative text for decorative imagery.
- Form labels, required-field identification, validation messages, and error summaries that can be announced by assistive technology.
- Accessible dialogs with keyboard focus management.
- Reduced-motion support when a visitor has enabled reduced motion in their operating system.
- Responsive layouts intended to reflow at high browser zoom and narrow screen widths.
- Semantic headings, landmarks, lists, buttons, links, and native form controls.
Need help or found an accessibility barrier?
If you have difficulty using any part of this website, need information in another way, or want to report an accessibility problem, please contact Porter’s Potties. We will work with you to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative when reasonably possible.

When reporting a website issue, it helps to include the page you were using, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it.
Third-party content
Some pages may link to or use services operated by third parties. Porter’s Potties does not control every aspect of third-party accessibility, but we encourage accessible alternatives and will help visitors reach Porter’s directly if a third-party experience creates a barrier.
